Maeve Wallace is an epidemiologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Health Promotion Sciences at the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. Her research focuses on the ways in which social contexts, societal structures, and state policies influence maternal health, safety, and well-being in the US. Her goal is to generate scientific evidence that can be used to guide policy decisions to promote health and safety before, during, and after pregnancy, for all women, their families, and their communities.
